How can I find out the MAC address of my MIRAI controller ?

The MAC-address of the MIRAI controller cannot be read out independently, but only from our side.

For this purpose please proceed as follows:

• Connect the MIRAI controller to a DHCP-enabled network, the small cloud in the upper right corner of the Mint app must have a green check mark
• Activate the remote access
• Submit your request here
• We will then read out the MAC address and tell you
