Guiding Sensitivity refers to the level of resistance you feel from the robot while manipulating the arm. Typically, you should feel a slight resistance (feedback) when demonstrating movements by-hand. This sensitivity can be adjusted from the MIRAI Training app.
Step 1
Click on the icon in the bottom bar of the app for "Guiding Sensitivity."
Step 2
You should now see the option to make adjustments for rotational and translational movements. For skills with rotations, you may want to make the system less sensitive (to feel 'stiffer') in order to get a more smooth and controlled experience. To create a move responsive and flexible experience, adjust the sensitivity to be higher.
Step 3
Make sure to ‘Apply Settings’, and check if the settings are appropriate for your training scenario.
Note: Adjusting sensitivity while training on a skill, should not affect the overall success of your skill.
