Occasionally, the technical support team may need to review the logs of your Mirai Controller. This tool helps us identify errors and better understand the root cause of certain issues you may encounter. This file is shared directly with our cloud on the backend, no USB stick needed.

Step 1: Connectivity
To begin, make sure your Mirai controller is powered on and producing a wifi network. Connect the tablet to the Mirai controller wifi network from "Settings" on the tablet. (Typically displays as "Mirari-XXX")
Step 2: Service Support Tool
Open the Mirai Training app and tap the menu icon.
Next, tap on "Service Support" from the side panel.
Step 3: Upload the Log File
Tap on "Upload log file".
