When starting the Box there are 5 short-beeps.

You have noticed the following? 

First, a beep is heard at startup. Then 5 short beep tones are heard.

This may indicate a defect. The MIRAI controller may need to be replaced. Please contact customer support if the MIRAI controller behaves that way.
