Software Factors:
Make sure you are running the version of the Training app that is compatible with the current version of your MIRAI Controller Software. For more info on which versions are required, check the Software Updates - Complete Guide
If the issue persists, you troubleshoot further by uninstalling and reinstalling the Mirai Training app. Follow the steps outlined in this article: Installing and Connecting MIRAI Training App
Hardware Factors:
In some cases, a quick reboot of the entire system resolves the issue. This can happen if the robot was idling for a very long time or if changes were made to physical connections in-between uses.
Try turning off all components (Robot, controller, FT sensor Compute box, switch, and tablet) and powering back on after 30 seconds.
If the problem persists, please contact Customer Support and be prepared with the following details:
- When did you first notice this behavior (Was this after a change in your setup or software?)
- Which screen does the crash happen on (if applicable)
