Some users may encounter this error message during the camera setup process. In other cases, users may see this appear when going back to create new/additional skills on the mirai training app. Luckily, this is an easy fix for most cases.
For UR CB3 Series:
A common cause is a faulty URcap. Make sure the correct URcap is installed for the version of MIRAI Controller software you currently have installed. For more info, check out: Software Updates - Complete Guide
For UR e-Series:
Make sure the system is in REMOTE mode.
