This is a general error message which can have several causes. Therefore, please proceed as follows:
- Check whether the safety stop of the UR robot has activated and release the UR again if necessary.
- Restart all system components.
- Check all cable connections and if cables are not damaged.
- If the problem persists, you may be using a MIRAI training app version that is not compatible with the MIRAI Control Box. Please check this article: Which MIRAI version fits which MIRAI training app?
