This error message appears when attempting to grant “Remote access” from the service support page.
This is often related to a bad internet connection. To troubleshoot:
1. Check whether the network cable (Ethernet) is fully plugged in and connected to the correct port:
- Internet/WAN for internet connection
- Robot/LAN for Robot connection
2. Try installing both antenna and make sure they are securely in place.
