VPN tunnel / Internet access is not allowed due to company policy.

Under normal conditions, MIRAI does not require VPN access and even works completely without Internet access after training. VPN access is only required if we are to help you remotely with troubleshooting and problem solving and can be deactivated by you in the menu afterwards.

If access is not possible via the company network, an LTE modem can be used without any problems.
