To create a skill, MIRAI must be connected to the Internet. Please check the connection and restart the MIRAI training app.

A missing internet connection can be caused by faulty cabling or security settings in your company network.

Therefore, please check the slot of the Ethernet cable. This should be plugged into the "Robot/LAN" port.

If you are using an LTE modem, please check by swapping the Ethernet cables on the MIRAI controller to see if this remedies the problem.

Additionally, this error can also be caused by a network that is not yet fully configured. Check the network configuration and make sure that both FT-Sensor and robot are turned on and set properly.

For example, check the subnet setting in the MIRAI Training App on the tablet.
