How long does the "Preload" command take to preload a skill?

Preloading usually takes about 1.5 seconds. If possible, another command should be executed during this time. Thus, at least 1.5 seconds should elapse between "Preload" and the execution of the actual skill. 

The duration of the "preload" of a skill depends on the complexity and the amount of data.
