Error "Could not Mount USB-Drive"

If you want to make a Backup or update the controller box software and you get the error message "Could not Mount USB-Drive" after connecting a USB, please follow the steps below to resolve: 

A USB drive must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum size of 16GB or larger
• Formatted in FAT32

Step 1 :

Try the drive on all three USB ports of the controller (there is a 3rd port on the front panel)

Step 2:

Restart your MIRAI controller once

If the above steps do not help, we have found success by using another USB drive and trying again.
