If you receive this error message in the UR polyscope, there is a communication error between the robot and the MIRAI controller.

Did you recently receive a software update from us or did you do it yourself via USB? If so, please check if you have also updated the URCap in Polyscope.

Network configuration / wiring
- Please check if anything has changed in the network settings of your robot and the MIRAI app. You can see the default configuration here: Network Settings - IP Addresses
- Check if the cabling of all components is correct, also check the fit of the cables. Is the Ethernet switch turned on? MIRAI Controller Installation Guide
